The health risks of beer’s yeast – with Mouhamadoul-Khaly Wélé

This fall Notcom launches its first podcast.
This podcast seeks to promote the research undertaken by the Notcom researchers, associated collaborators and fellows, through a different medium. It is meant to be short and accessible.
Episodes are available in either French or English, depending on our speakers’ preferences, and come with full scripts in both languages for easy access.
In our final episode this semester, we explore the health risks associated with beer’s yeast in the 17th century and the pioneering safety measures developed to address them.
Speaker: Mouhamadoul-Khaly Wélé, postdoc and researcher for Notcom.
Presenter: Amélie Berger-Soraruff, project manager for Notcom.
Views and opinions expressed are those of the participants only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the ERC. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.
